Cada punto es un municipio con afectación documentada. El color indica si existe algún envío registrado con destino final allí, no si pasó cerca ni si aterrizó en la capital del departamento. Each dot is a municipality with documented damage. Colour shows whether any shipment is registered with a final destination there, not whether something passed nearby or landed in the departmental capital.
De dónde salió y para dónde va, por día, de lo más reciente a lo más viejo. Cada despacho lleva su estado: alistando, programado, va en camino, represado, ya llegó o se devolvió. Represado es carga que salió pero no ha podido pasar, y en esta emergencia es lo que explica por qué la ayuda no aparece. Cuando la fuente anuncia un despacho sin decir para qué municipio va, queda marcado como destino sin especificar: ese silencio también es un dato. Where it left from and where it is headed, by day, most recent first. Every dispatch carries its state: being loaded, scheduled, on the way, stuck, arrived or turned back. Stuck is cargo that left but could not get through, and in this emergency that is what explains why aid does not show up. When a source announces a dispatch without saying which municipality it is for, it is flagged as unspecified destination. That silence is data too.
